3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a quotation is accepted. Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Late payment may incur additional charges.

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our repair work as specified at the time of service. Warranties cover workmanship and parts used. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the item requiring repair
• Ensuring safe access to the item
• Backing up data where applicable
• Removing personal items before service

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a service booking with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Disputes

Any disputes should be raised in writing within 14 days of service completion. We will investigate and respond within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to alternative dispute resolution.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
